Architected Udaan as a youth-centered SRHR platform connecting adolescents and young adults with youth-friendly providers through digital pathways, curated provider networks, influencer-driven demand, and multi-sector partnerships. Udaan was designed as a scalable, platform-based ecosystem that connects young people to credible SRH information, counselling, and youth-friendly providers. It began as a collaborative network but matured—under my leadership—into a digital-first platform, a provider marketplace, and a multi-stakeholder ecosystem linking providers, youth collectives, universities, corporates, digital innovators, and influencers. I shaped Udaan’s platform architecture, including the provider marketplace, curated marketplace, and SuperDoc models; defined value propositions; and helped build the “network of networks” that supports scale. This included provider onboarding, skilling pathways, and quality-assurance elements suited for large digital expansion. I also led the development of Udaan’s youth engagement and digital demand engine, using insights from Futurika on youth segments, behaviours, and media habits. This informed video-first content, influencer partnerships, campus and youth-network activation, and SRHR myth-busting storytelling tailored for Meta, Sharechat, Moj, YouTube, and WhatsApp channels. These digital touchpoints funneled young people toward go2udaan.com, the helpline, and the chatbot, which served as gateways into the provider network. Additionally, I supported Udaan’s corporate and ecosystem engagement strategy, shaping the “Call to Collaborate” model for CSR partners, private providers, youth organisations, and capability partners. PR, LinkedIn narratives, and cross-sector partnerships positioned Udaan as a leading youth SRHR platform. Through this work, Udaan established a sustainable, multi-actor pathway for youth SRHR—blending market development, digital influence, provider capacity, and ecosystem collaboration.

Udaan Collaborative – Architect & Platform Le

Co-designed a health innovation accelerator supporting early-stage enterprises advancing SRHR, FP, and women’s health solutions. Built pathways linking entrepreneurs with public and private health systems, investors, and scale opportunities I co-architected the Yash Entrepreneurs Program, an innovation accelerator developed with Jhpiego and Villgro to strengthen India’s SRHR and women’s health innovation ecosystem. The platform was designed to support enterprises developing market-aligned products and services that address access gaps, behavioural barriers, and service-delivery challenges. My role involved structuring the accelerator model, designing selection logic, strengthening mentoring pathways, and creating market-entry and scale-up linkages with public systems, private provider networks, investors, and ecosystem partners. Yash operated as a bridge between early-stage innovators and real-world health markets, enabling startups to refine product-market fit and integrate with national and state SRHR priorities. The program established a pipeline of scalable innovations, demonstrating how entrepreneurship, market shaping, and public health can converge to unlock new models for women’s health access.

Yash Entrepreneurs Program – Co-Architect & I

Designed and led India’s first collective-impact platform to strengthen the condom market, uniting government, industry, and social marketing organisations. Built a coordinated, behaviour-informed ecosystem to revitalise demand, strengthen supply, and enable informed choice. I conceptualised and convened the Condom Alliance, a nationwide platform bringing together MOHFW, condom manufacturers, social marketers, behaviour scientists, and development partners. The Alliance was designed as a neutral, shared-value ecosystem capable of aligning market signals, expanding youth-focused SRHR communication, and strengthening product and message coherence across actors. I integrated behavioural economics, co-created communication frameworks, and shaped insight-driven market strategies that shifted India’s condom narrative toward informed choice and positive masculinity. This platform also structured coordinated engagement between government and the private sector, reducing fragmentation and facilitating evidence-based decision-making. The Alliance created a foundation for sustainable, multi-stakeholder market shaping, enabling industry and government to collaborate beyond donor cycles and adapt to evolving youth behavioural trends.

Condom Alliance – Founding Architect & Conven

I helped design and implement SHOPS Plus India’s first e-pharmacy–enabled TB drug delivery model, developed with the Government of Madhya Pradesh and Medlife International. The pilot created a patient-centric system that delivered free anti-TB medicines and home sputum testing directly to patients’ doorsteps in Jabalpur, Indore, and Bhopal, reducing travel barriers, stigma, and loss to follow-up. I contributed to the service design, partnership structuring, and workflow alignment connecting private providers, e-pharmacy operations, Medlife’s call center, and state TB offices. The model integrated WhatsApp-based prescription uploads, scheduled follow-up calls, digital ordering, lab reporting through Nikshay, and logistics coordination to ensure continuity of care. A key focus of my role was strengthening government engagement so the model aligned with state and national TB guidelines. SHOPS Plus supported the Madhya Pradesh government in building procurement and budgeting processes to sustain the system, and the national program incorporated supportive partnership language into official guidance—paving the way for scale-up. During COVID-19, the model proved particularly valuable. With essential-service exemptions, Medlife continued deliveries when many facilities were unable to operate at full capacity, ensuring uninterrupted treatment for TB patients. The pilot’s results demonstrated strong feasibility: • 2,800+ TB patients received doorstep delivery of medicines • 600+ home-collected sputum samples were tested • Loss to follow-up remained only 1.6% over eight months • 2,600+ patients were linked to nutrition support (DBT) This work showcased the potential of digitally enabled, logistics-supported delivery models to complement public TB services and demonstrated my ability to architect scalable, patient-centred, cross-sector health access solutions.
