	The application is an existing project of the client which is being used already by their business users. Through this form, users request for certain brokerage related services and the details are accordingly routed to client's service team who processes the request t completion.
	New requirements related to design change of routing of processes.
	Reporting on various criteria and different varieties of report layouts and drilldown data
	Also export functionality in excel format for each drilldown table data.
	Reporting framework building using IBM BPM TWReport feature, for which report to be displayed on heritage coaches.

	Working in BPM applications development and dealing with the team for providing solution approaches in different parts of the applications.
	Also learnt and implemented SPARK UI toolkit in project from scratch.
	The application is targeted for Call Centre executives who on regular basis interact with their business clients/customers to attend to and solve their day-to-day issues and queries.
	This platform will help them organize their work and showcase them accurately and properly to their managers and supervisors in a digital layout.
	Almost each and every task is automated and digitzed in very simplest of way and yet complex and robust so that all the details are available in the platform and almost all the manual work can be eradicated.

Open Ignite is a platform for online learning  and recruitment where content providers can come and create courses with videos, tests etc., learners can come, learn and apply for job in TCS. HR can analyse, evaluate and short-list the candidates for interview. Subsequently they can track the candidate performance during  interview in the system and generate the offers. This application is currently used by TCS for recruitment Science graduates in India
