Open Ignite is a platform for online learning and recruitment where content providers can come and create courses with videos, tests etc., learners can come, learn and apply for job in TCS. HR can analyse, evaluate and short-list the candidates for interview. Subsequently they can track the candidate performance during interview in the system and generate the offers. This application is currently used by TCS for recruitment Science graduates in India
