I led the development of an internal call center system to improve our outbound calling campaigns. This system included IVR tools, an agent management module, and features like unique IVR numbers for each agent, custom fields and many more features. We also integrated APIs and webhooks for seamless operations. Here are my key roles in this project: 1. Project planning along with requirement gathering. 2. Led the product developed of an internal Finance Analytics Tool to generate multiple financial reports, including P&L reports. The tool featured bulk data import and export capabilities. My key responsibilities in this project are: 1. Coordinate with all the stakeholders and finance team to gather the requirement and understanding their actual needs. 2. I led the development of an internal Micro Warehouse Management System to streamline our warehouse operations at basic level. The system handled everything from generating purchase orders to managing picking, packing, dispatch, RTO (Return to Origin), and returns. All the process designed as per business need. Led the end-to-end development of a comprehensive Warehouse Management System (WMS), including both a web application and a mobile app, from initial research to final deployment.
