I led the development of an internal Micro Warehouse Management System to streamline our warehouse operations at basic level. The system handled everything from generating purchase orders to managing picking, packing, dispatch, RTO (Return to Origin), and returns. All the process designed as per business need. Here are my key roles in this project: 1. Project planning along with requirement gathering. 2. Handling the team of developers & designers. 3. Managing the database and helping team to finalize database structure as well. 4. Manual testing of the features. 5. Supervise the training and support of the project.
