I led the development of an internal call center system to improve our outbound calling campaigns. This system included IVR tools, an agent management module, and features like unique IVR numbers for each agent, custom fields and many more features. We also integrated APIs and webhooks for seamless operations. Here are my key roles in this project: 1. Project planning along with requirement gathering. 2. Handling the team of developers & designers. 3. Managing the database and helping team to finalize database structure as well. 4. Manual testing of the features. 5. Supervise the training and support of the project.
