Vehicle Management System (VMS) is developed to track the number and types of vehicles owned by departments of Punjab under various districts. Vehicle information such as vehicle marked to the officer, driver information, vehicle status, fuel, and maintenance information is collected. Fuel and Maintenance bills are passed through this portal into the Govt. of Punjab Treasury portal. In the first year of its launch, VMS saved more than Rs. 170 Million for the State Government.

Salient Features are given below: 
i.	Availability of vehicles and POL Expenditure at a particular Office, Tehsil, District, and State HQs, etc.
ii.	Each earmarked vehicle mapped with HRMS Code.
iii.	Intimation regarding No. of Vehicle with an Official.
iv.	Intimation of excess use of a vehicle to Seniors Officials.
v.	Helping state government in crisis by providing information like vehicle available at particular region/institute/offices of the state.

Vehicle Management System

Government Property Management System (GPMS) facilitates keeping track of immovable properties (Land/Buildings) of the Government of Punjab. Once a Property is verified by authority, the designated officials can search for un-utilized Properties and allocate the same to needed offices/departments.

Salient Features are given below: 
i.	Property Tracking through Latitude and Longitude.
ii.	Property Verification by Revenue Officers.
iii.	Identification and allocation of un-utilized Properties to needed Departments.
iv.	Check on expenditure incurred by each office.

Government Property Management System (GPMS)

Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) is a web-based solution used by the Department of Finance, Govt. of Punjab for monitoring Receipts and Expenditures in real-time. 

It comprises of mainly 3 modules:
- Budget
- Expenditure
- Receipt

The Expenditure (eTreasury)  module facilitates DDOs for the creation of bills and Treasuries for the passing of bills and payments thereafter. It also facilitates the management of Stamps, PLA, and EMD account at treasuries. 

ACHIEVEMENT: eTreasury module successfully cleared bills of Rs. 800 Billion (~$13.6 Billion) in FY 2020-21, and is on pace to surpass this figure in the current financial year.

Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS)

Punjab State Lotteries allowed the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries to update the website with results from the latest draw of Lotteries. It allowed for easy consolidation of the rules, results, and latest updates regarding the Lotteries in the state of Punjab.
