Nitro Digital partnered with Sanofi to help relaunch Diabetes Matters and elevate it to a class leading diabetes service package for their customers. 

To do this we needed to make a full audit of the support material that we have an be able to align them to create a cohesant offering that was delivered as integrated e-commerce solution.

Diabetes Matters was short-listed as a finalist for the 'Healthcare Professional Website' category in the 2013 PM Society Digital Awards.

Eurail.com is the direct to consumer subsidiary of Eurail Group selling Eurail and Interrail travel passes online, with an annual online turnover of €50m.

I have been Drupal Commerce consultant to Eurail.com working with Commerce Guys’ delivery partner Adyax. I have taken part in six 2-day workshops over the past 6 months, leading some sessions, to develop the technical and business requirements Eurail.com have for their new e-commerce application Adyax is building on Drupal Commerce.

The result of these workshops has been the development of user stories with detailed descriptions and acceptance criteria that Adyax’s developers have been able to use. In addition, I produced a detailed Drupal architecture specification and co-authored a back-office wireframe document.

I am about to start refining an operators manual drafted by Adyax’s off shore development team and develop a training course for Eurail.com’s team.

I have been lead developer and joint project manager on the Red Nose Day Shop project, from initial consultation with the client through to delivery. The site has been an interesting project; it is three “shops” in one site, each with a different checkout flow. The site provides three checkouts for ordering free fundraising packs, resources for schools as well as general merchandise.

The January release saw the addition of the merchandise checkout, with transaction peeks of over 1 order per second during pre-event TV shows. Stock management has been an important consideration with special limited edition Bake Off aprons expected to sell out minutes after release in time with the TV programmes.

I have been leading developers working remotely on the project from France and Romania, working with Comic Relief’s in house design team.
