Recognizing this, we embarked on a comprehensive UI/UX redesign of Summer (formerly ToastApp), a leading provider of Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions tailored for restaurants, bars, cafes, and similar establishments. Our objective was to transform Summer into a seamless, user-centric platform that caters to both business operators and their patrons.Identifying the ChallengesBefore the redesign, Summer faced several critical challenges:<ul><li>Complex User Interface: The existing UI was cluttered and outdated, lacking clear spacing and hierarchy.
