Auto-discovery implementation and support handled was one of the biggest so far  
    * 6/7 data centers and 3 logical zones. 
    * All types of devices discovered. 
    * There were total 5000+ discovery schedules. 
    * 16 physical servers installed with 12 instances of MID servers
    * Mid Servers segregated based on 7 internal business units.
    * Daily / Weekly Monitoring put in place to find canceled and overloaded discovery schedules.
    * Improved success discovery schedule completion rate from 50% to 85%.

Auto-discovery implementation and support

Worked in various integrations with ServiceNow to establish connectivity between ServiceNow middleware (MID Server) and other applications
    * Discussed and worked with various ESPs such as Orage Business Services, IBM, etc. 
    * Orchestrate the data flow to and from third-party tools to ServiceNow in user, asset, event & change management.

I have given a number of internal training to various teams about ServiceNow auto-discovery and orchestration. Cross training between application maintenance and change management team.

Integrated SAP Solman which would automatically execute codes on SAP on certain errors 
    * And create incident along with UI screenshot as an attachment in ServiceNow
    * This helped to reduce 20 resource cost to the client.

Develop solution/process to optimize infrastructure and discovery schedules.
    * Would require fewer resources and give the same performance of auto-discovery process. 
    * It helped the client to reduce the cost of infrastructure
    * Less monitoring and maintenance of discovery schedules and mid server hence reduction in support.
