LoyalCandy is the home-grown product of MindNerves Technologies. It is designed for merchants to enhance their customer experience and reward their customers for loyalty. This platform enables merchants to offer their customers loyalty rewards on Visit Basis or Points basis. Every time when customer is eligible, stamps are assigned to customer. Stamps can be assigned from an android app or from the web portal for merchants. Merchants can also view loyalty programs run by other merchants in his/her city. This contains Merchant, Customer, Create Candy(i.e. Loyalty Programs), Stamp Candy, Redemption of Candy modules and Reports shown as graphs .

Online Aptitude Test Portal is designed and developed for MindNerves Technologies i.e. for our company, when they decided to hire freshers from Mzos Institute. Me and my colleague , only to persons have developed this project only within 1.5 day. It contains 40 random questions which should be attempted within 45min, otherwise test will be auto-submitted. There is one admin section where admin can see results section. It has been tested successfully by 100+ candidates at Mzos Institute at dated 4-Jan-2014.

An elegant & simple HR module designed especially for small & medium enterprises. It is a comprehensive portal to manage your employee’s weekly timesheets, leaves and performance. It has in-built approval workflow which seamless sends the timesheets, leaves & feedbacks to employee’s managers and above. It is a multi-level workflow and you can define these levels as part of admin settings. Admin can also define their own organizational hierarchy and define their own approval matrix. Portal gives managers very useful reports on efforts, budget over-run in graphical form.
