LoyalCandy is the home-grown product of MindNerves Technologies. It is designed for merchants to enhance their customer experience and reward their customers for loyalty. This platform enables merchants to offer their customers loyalty rewards on Visit Basis or Points basis. Every time when customer is eligible, stamps are assigned to customer. Stamps can be assigned from an android app or from the web portal for merchants. Merchants can also view loyalty programs run by other merchants in his/her city. This contains Merchant, Customer, Create Candy(i.e. Loyalty Programs), Stamp Candy, Redemption of Candy modules and Reports shown as graphs .
