Customer Support &amp; Communication</h3><ul><li>Handle incoming phone calls from customers.</li><li>Explain services, activities, and offerings clearly.</li><li>Resolve basic customer queries professionally.</li><li>Maintain a polite and customer-friendly communication tone.</li></ul><h3>2. Sales &amp; Data Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain daily sales and stock records in Excel.</li><li>Update customer and transaction data regularly.</li><li>Track payments and verify bank statements.</li><li>Maintain accuracy in financial and sales-related entries.</li></ul><h3>3. Social Media &amp; Content Management</h3><ul><li>Create posts using Canva for Instagram and other platforms.</li><li>Post regular updates related to activities, offers, and events.</li><li>Maintain consistency in branding and visual content.</li><li>Assist in planning social media content calendars.</li></ul><h3>4. Digital Marketing Support</h3><ul><li>Assist in running digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Support ad campaigns (Instagram/Facebook promotions).</li><li>Track basic performance metrics.</li><li>Help in improving online visibility and engagement.</li></ul><h3>5.
