This is a hybrid position based in Mumbai (Bhandup West). It is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B tech company. Procedure is an AI engineering and product development company established in early 2017. Before we dive into the job description, allow us to introduce ourselves.Our team is a mixed bag. From social media posts, marketing collaterals, brand assets, website visuals to product design. If you love designing all things beautiful and are creative, we should talk.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality digital creatives that reflect our brand identity.</li><li>Design graphics, illustrations, banners, marketing collaterals, and campaign assets.</li><li>Adapt templates for recurring formats like stories, reels, etc.</li><li>Maintain visual consistency across all brand touch points.</li><li>Review design quality before publishing anything design-related and ensure attention to spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Work on company website-related activities.</li><li>Help refine and evolve brand guidelines, typography rules, icon styles, and color systems.</li><li>Participate in creative brainstorming, share ideas for reels, and contribute to anything visual or content-led.</li><li>Support UI/UX projects with guidance from the Product Designer/Product managers.</li></ul>Tools<ul><li>You should be extremely comfortable with Figma and Photoshop.</li><li>Experience with any additional design tools is a bonus</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>You should have a background in graphic or visual design, along with some exposure to UI/UX design.</li><li>You have 2-4 years of relevant work experience.</li></ul>What you should have<ul><li>A passion for tinkering with AI tools to better understand them and inspire new asset creation.</li><li>A strong grasp of social media platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn) and a keen eye for current content trends.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.</li><li>A proactive, fast-learning attitude with a genuine curiosity for technology.</li><li>Ability to draw/create comic-style digital characters.</li><li>A knack for video editing and aware of the latest social media trends.</li></ul>If you have made it this far, I think we should have a chat.
