Gistr is building a new era of learning tools. We need someone to accelerate our growth across India's learning ecosystem.You'll work directly with our founder to build relationships with key decision-makers in the learning and development space. This role combines business development with market strategy - perfect for someone who wants real impact at an early-stage startup.What You'll Do<ul><li>Drive business growth by connecting with decision-makers across educational and professional development organizations.</li><li>Build strategic partnerships with organizations focused on skill development and knowledge transfer.</li><li>Execute go-to-market initiatives that expand our user base and revenue</li><li>Research market opportunities and competitive landscape in the learning technology space</li><li>Support product strategy by gathering customer feedback and market insights</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research</li><li>Strong communication skills in English.</li><li>Genuine interest in learning technology and educational tools</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets</li><li>Comfortable with technology and able to demonstrate software products</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>Willingness to travel within Bangalore and occasionally to other cities</li></ul>Ready to help shape the future of learning?
