About this Opportunity
Gistr is building a new era of learning tools. We need someone to accelerate our growth across India's learning ecosystem.
You'll work directly with our founder to build relationships with key decision-makers in the learning and development space. This role combines business development with market strategy - perfect for someone who wants real impact at an early-stage startup.
What You'll Do
Drive business growth by connecting with decision-makers across educational and professional development organizations.
Build strategic partnerships with organizations focused on skill development and knowledge transfer.
Execute go-to-market initiatives that expand our user base and revenue
Research market opportunities and competitive landscape in the learning technology space
Support product strategy by gathering customer feedback and market insights
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research
Strong communication skills in English.
Genuine interest in learning technology and educational tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
Comfortable with technology and able to demonstrate software products
Bachelor's degree preferred
Willingness to travel within Bangalore and occasionally to other cities
