As we expand across Europe, we are looking for a dynamic, multilingual Account Manager to join our team.

Role Overview

The European Account Manager will play a key role in driving Exhibipath’s growth across the region. This person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long‑term client relationships, and ensuring that existing customers receive outstanding support and value from our solutions.

This is a client‑facing, commercially driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable working across multiple cultures and languages.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects across Europe

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand Exhibipath’s footprint

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and tailored proposals

  • Build a strong pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing

Account Management & Customer Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients

  • Ensure customers receive timely support, training, and guidance

  • Understand client needs and proactively propose solutions to maximize value

  • Monitor account health, retention, and satisfaction

  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to help shape product development

  • Track performance metrics and report on progress regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales (preferably in SaaS, events, or technology sectors)

  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities across different countries

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales workflows

  • Fluency in English and French is required

  • Fluency in either Spanish or German is required (both are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel within Europe when needed (50% of the time)

  • Must possess a European passport or residency
