Job description:We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (4 to 7 years of experience) who isn't just comfortable with the MERN stack, but is an expert in the modern "Vercel-first" ecosystem. You will be the technical anchor for our product, responsible for architecting scalable features, managing complex asynchronous workflows, and mentoring a high-performing team.If you believe "serverless" is a philosophy, not just a buzzword, and you thrive on building high-performance web applications with Next.js, Supabase, and Inngest, we want to talk to you.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Architect &amp; Build: Design and implement robust, scalable full-stack applications using the Next.js App Router and React.</li><li>Infrastructure Management: Take ownership of our deployment pipeline on Vercel and manage our backend-as-a-service layer via Supabase (Auth, DB, Storage).</li><li>Workflow Engineering: Architect complex, reliable background jobs and event-driven logic using Inngest to handle non-blocking processes.</li><li>Leadership: Lead code reviews, define engineering standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers to maintain high code quality.</li><li>Performance Optimization: Ensure Core Web Vitals are met through efficient data fetching, caching strategies, and edge runtime utilization.</li></ul>Technical Requirements<ul><li>Next.js Expert (Deep understanding of App Router, RSCs, and Server Actions).</li><li>Backend Strong experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Row Level Security, Edge Functions).</li><li>Automation Proficiency in Inngest for managing reliable, event-driven background tasks.</li><li>DevOps Native-level familiarity with Vercel (Preview environments, Middleware, Edge Config).</li><li>Core Stack Advanced TypeScript, Node.js, and modern React patterns.</li><li>Database Proficiency in SQL, schema design, and performance tuning within PostgreSQL.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience migrating legacy Express/Node apps to modern Serverless/Edge architectures.</li><li>Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI (or Shadcn/ui).</li><li>A "product-first" mindset—you care about the why just as much as the how.</li><li>Experience in a startup environment or leading small, agile squads.</li><li>Excellent and professional communication</li></ul>
