From this analysis, we found the total number of customers who joined in the last quarter, and the Customer profile for the customers that churned, joined, and stayed are different. Stayed has the highest percentage.We can retain the customers back who has left, by providing better offers, and provide discounts as they prefer better offers and devices. Most of the churned customers preferred the Bank Withdrawal method. There are 12 cities from which most of the customers are churned.

TELECOM CUSTOMER CHURN

From this analysis, we got the distribution of films by rating and distribution of primary genre. Over 17.77% of Films received a Certified Fresh Tomatoer Rating, and 43.47% of Films received a Rotten Tomatoer Rating. The latest movie was released in the month December 2019 and the top new films are The Silence, and Adopt a Highway. Based on the average tomatometer rating by the studio. the highest-rated films are 173, on average 18 and the lowest is 3 films. Everybody Knows... Elizabeth Murray, Knock Down the House Both films have the largest discrepancies between audience and critics. Explored the critic's consensus rating with sentiment analysis, and the most often used language is positive.
