- Built the foundation platform that powers DeeMoney's Suite of products.
- Transformed DeeMoney into a real FinTech by owning their own platform.
- The platform is a programmable core banking platform built using Elixir / Phoenix.
- Built the founding engineering team that builds on top and manages the platform today.
- Setup CI/CD pipeline and build automations.
- Set good engineering culture that ensures good engineering hygiene.
- Set milestones and targets for engineers on the team. Prioritizing correctness and code quality, to ensure low technical debt.
- Ensure platform is safe, secure and compliant with the Central Bank's requirements.
- Made technological decision that moved the company forward.
- Enable the company to achieve growth through technology.
