Volunteering with this organization offers numerous opportunities. I assist teachers in organizing courses efficiently, and beyond that, various group activities are also well-managed. Being a volunteer has significantly improved my interpersonal abilities. It has enhanced my community engagement, communication, leadership skills, and overall mental well-being. During this summer internship, I learned a lot as a freshman. I applied Exploratory Data Analysis(EDA) on large medical image datasets. Along with that, I worked on developing a strong clustering model for single-cell RNA sequencing datasets (.h5ad files) using two publicly available deep learning models (ADClust and SPACEL). I also worked on creating a model for data augmentation using a single cell dataset of histopathological images.
