In a growing digital product business, a role like mine was wide-reaching and full of variety... just the way I like it. From overarching strategic design to detailed user experience design, my work at CultureMoves was about making sure we were designing the best product for the best outcomes for all involved; ourselves, our customers and our parent company.

CultureMoves is a subscription based, digital service that helps nudge your culture to greatness. Culturemoves is ByMany’s first product, harnessing our collective knowledge and experience working with many businesses to create better cultures.

ByMany is a design company working with many to rethink culture, strategy and leadership. We help leaders inside organisations create cultures which thrive, design strategies that succeed, and express brands which say who they are and what they want to be. ByMany supports leaders to design and activate culture, strategy and brand. High performance and reputation result. I am responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the myriad of design interventions that create and impact our services for our clients. My design practice considers culture as a designed object, and so spans human-centered, interaction, experience, environmental, digital, graphic, strategic, learning and industrial design.
