3D modeling in a browser, which ends with a physical product in your hand. Isn't that awesome? Sertae is an experiment and the future, Canvas, WebGL and 3D printing in one. All written in Javascript so it keeps pushing me forward in polishing my craft.

Full-stack Developer & Founder

Leading the development of two flagship products Handsontable (handsontable.com/docs) and HyperFormula (handsontable.com/docs/hyperformula).

- Leading a team of six Senior Software Developers, one QA and one Technical Writer
- Working closely with Customer Success, helping and understanding customer cases

Head of Engineering

As a Team Captain for two teams i was responsible for team growth and people development. Recruiting, on-boarding and internships. One on ones, performance reviews, representing and supporting Software Director in building people side of the business. 

Being Principal Engineer I was involved in architecture, planning new features, driving product quality and performance by knowledge sharing and code reviews. 

Platform team responsible for micro-front-end shell and communication, and an API team developing generator and SDKs for API endpoints. 

Tech stack: 
Mostly Javascript, React, Tanstack Query, Jest, Node.js, custom build systems based on ESbuild. Also Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.

Principal Software Engineer & Team Captain

Leading front-end development for Openflow - Business Process Management (BPMN) platform.

R&amp;D for new front-end architecture based on Typescript and Vue. Check Projects section for details.

Responsibilities:

- Consulting on technology stack choices and software architecture.
- Owning projects. Keeping code clean and reviewing for performance.
- Training colleagues and Junior Developers on RWD, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript.
- Advocating for best practices and standards. Keeping user experience a top priority.
- Advocating awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues within the team.
- Constantly working with backend developers designing functionality and solving complex problems.
- Participating in sprint planning, review and retrospective, daily standups.
- Improving apps through continuous maintenance, refactoring and testing.
