Some of my achievements here includes
• Design and implement caches at multiple services and levels, resulting in maximal throughput and low latency on micro-services, thus making page loads faster.
• Design, estimate and lead the introduction of new code generator for micro services (GraphQL), speeding up developer productivity by reducing the number of bugs and reducing the development time.
• Introduced ideas and implementations of API rate limiter, reducing load on cross services, Integrated database tests with Docker, enabled transparent testing and increased productivity of developer and QA, automatic mock server generation allowed end to end tests to run consistently, demo account setup for sales.
• Design, implement and maintain micro services communicating asynchronously with AWS SQS, processing thousands of messages an hour

* Architect and implement micro-services, with mono-repo setup, intra service communications via CQRS, inter-service communication via events in RabbitMQ, which helped customers to have a robust, scalable, deterministic infrastructure
* Layout best practices and team processes for the engineering team to run faster and deliver with quality
* Implemented CI/CD and moved the entire infrastructure with painful manual deployments to Kubernetes.
* Introduced automation testing to be run after every deployment and used for smoke testing. Reduced manual effort by 60%.
