During this tenure, I fostered a collaborative environment and led a team of business analysts in devising data-driven solutions to complex business challenges. Key achievements include developing policies for emerging abuse spaces, establishing anti-abuse efforts in Singapore, and initiating the Lean Ops initiative to streamline operations. I demonstrated expertise in SQL, Python, and analytical tools, creating dynamic dashboards to monitor team performance and track the impact of anti-spam actions.

Responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy for our platform. This includes conducting market research, identifying customer needs and pain points, and developing a vision for the product that aligns with our company's overall goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to bring the product to market. I set and manage the product roadmap, determining the right features to build and when to release them, and ensure that the product meets the needs of our target customer.
