After two years of experience, I was promoted to Product Designer, which allowed me to expand my expertise across the entire product, marketing, and business cycle. Leading the design team for internal products, I managed the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to final execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, and product management—I ensured alignment on business goals and product vision.

This role deepened my technical proficiency in design tools like Figma and Sketch, while also enhancing my skills in user-centered design, strategic thinking, and project management. I learned to balance creativity with practicality by working closely with engineers to understand technical constraints, while my work with the marketing team helped incorporate market insights into the design process. The experience sharpened my leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver user-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
