Lead designer for News, Magazine, Resources and Institute, facilitating the output of a 100-year-old business. Recently translating its stance to a SaaS company byway of redesigning the tes.com homepage. Prior, headed up the production and implementation of the design system, alongside the construction of a component-based CMS, operating on more than 60% of Tes's main site. Through this, we were able to focus on the company as a single entity, deliver a more integrated and fluid user experience from the frontend, on the backend we were able to remove bottlenecks, free up engineering resource and create autonomy.
