Responsible for 100-120 nodes with 8 Servers spread across 7 sites. Duties were shared between myself and the IT  Manager. Due to working in a 2-man IT department it was a very generalist role and I was required to know quite an eclectic mish-mash of different technologies [some more in depth than others] (Dynamics NAV, SharePoint, SQL Admin, SQL Reporting, MVC, Server W2K+, C#, Exchange, Hyper-V Server Clustering, Terminal Services, Network config. of switches/routers etc.) as it was never quite as easy as simply escalating a problem to the next level department.
