- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Maintain candidate databases 
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Talent Acquisition Executive

- Managing the entire recruiting process, from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement; from discussing the opportunity, presenting the resume, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, liaison, follow-up, placement & delivery. 
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Recruited for all levels of candidates, from Developers to Architects in all categories.
