● Identified the drop-offs & revamped the money transfer flow on the app to improve the funnel conversion by 17%.
● Launched the ‘Jobs Portal’, a marketplace for users to find jobs on the platform, which saw a 12% feature penetration in the first month of its launch, clocking 50k+ users.
● Introduced ‘recharge recommendations’ & ‘use case based money transfer’ on the Home Screen which doubled the transaction volume on the platform & improved M3 retention by 6%.
● Conducted extensive User Research and usability tests by interviewing 50+ users across 5 different cities, to identify the key drivers to our low M3 retention.

Associate Product Manager

● Led the Operations charter for Home category to ensure the inventory build of over 35 L units with a fill rate of 90% 
● Worked with 8 KAMs to improve the selection competitiveness (w.r.t Amazon.in ) of the category by 10%
● Boosted the GMV for the category by 109% YoY, by skewing the buying mix towards the pareto sellers.
● Generated valuable insights on ‘Regional Utilisation’ and ‘Out of stock’ status of the inventory which ensured a 83% customer growth YoY of the category during the annual Big Billion Days Event.

Associate Business Analyst

● Spearheaded integrations with 2 major clients in Xpressbees and Unicommerce boosting the volumes moved by 3x.
● Automated the pickup creation process while exposing its status to an internal dashboard saving 90 man hours monthly.
● Established a chain of warehouses for sellers to distribute their inventories close to their customers which reduced their
shipping costs in half and cut the delivery time by 2 days.
● Envisioned the whole process and seller flow for warehouse service and designed the whole UX for the same

● Designed the whole User Interface for their web application along with the logo and the brand identity.
● Evaluated the various use cases to implement a comfortable user journey while developing various functionalities.

We at PROI are building smart POS and inventory management solutions for SMEs.
We are an early stage startup based out of BITS Goa who aim to eliminate the use of expensive hardware units such as big PC setups, printers, etc., by building a highly dynamic software​, which will provide our users with analytics and real time data which will in turn help them optimize their purchase, inventory and increase their profits.

Cash Flow Optimisation
● Collaborated with McDonalds Canada to increase their cash flows by 200% across 14 different provinces and over 1500 stores from the MTD & YTD data of 3 years while optimizing 54 different cost elements.
● Pioneered predictive & forecast models by predicting sales and guest count with a prediction accuracy of 93%.
Trade Spent ROI Simulation
● Implemented Marketing Mix Modelling to optimize ROI on the Total Trade Spent for clients like PnG & HUL by modelling the promotions run by 4 different retailers across 14 states in the US.
● Successfully Developed an end to end simulation tool to forecast ROI based on the various promotions run

Business Analyst Intern

● Nominated for office from among batch of 800 students by a mixed panel, comprising of the outgoing batch of student coordinators, the college's Dean of Administration, the campus Placement Manager, and the Faculty-In-Charge, Placement Unit.
● Responsible for placement of 2500+ students across various disciplines for varied profiles across 3 campuses.
● Pitched to over 200+ companies across different sectors, reached out to 80+ new firms to get them empaneled. 
● Achieved highest ever 96.4 % placements y-o-y growth of 1.3%. Spearheaded an overall increase in average compensation offered by 2 lakh. (y-o-y growth of 13.33%)
● Boosted the number of Core Electronics companies by 100% which led to a 13% increase in M.E placements & 22% increase in average compensation in the sector (highest ever).
● On boarded coveted companies like Google India, AT Kearney, KPMG, Intel for recruitment for the very first time

Pitching Lead

Interned at Rourkela Steel Plant, Steel Authority of India Limited. Studied the working of main units along with the ancillary and auxiliary units required in production of Hot Metal and Steel. Finally, did a project to increase the production of Galvanized Steel produced in Hot Metal Strip.

Summer Intern

Worked as the Chief Coordinator of this Department.
● Managed over 150 members and worked with 3 different coordinators and 4
different vertical heads in this department.
● The main responsibility of the department was value addition and Revenue
generation for the fest by turning events into publicity avenues for companies.
● Total member retention during tenure is 75% (highest on campus). 
● Coordinated the working of all the three fests as a member of Coordination Committee which
have a cumulative budget of over INR 1.2 crores. 
● Managed the finances of the Department of Creative Works 'Those annual budget exceeded INR 13 lakhs.
● 120% Y-O-Y Revenue Growth of DoCW) through various workshop models, revenue generating events and marketing strategies.
