Chargebee is a B2B Subscription Management and Billing Platform present in over 60 countries all across the world. Currently I am working as a Design Program Manager with an emphasis on Design Workflow Management, Hiring and Design Evangelism. I also help with Research from time to time with a focus on how to help optimise the NPS Business and Customer experience.
I  always believe in bottom up Collaborative problem solving and working with all stakeholders in order to arrive at feasible and human centric solutions.

Online Collaboration is a problem many companies and products are trying to tackle through various offerings. Due to a narrow focus on solving a single problem within collaboration, User's Workflows are becoming increasingly scattered. I was tasked with coming out with actionable insights from my Primary and Secondary Research studies in order to make online collaboration a more seamless experience for Illustrator users.

As a part of the newly formed Product Research team, we work closely with Product Leadership to answer critical questions about the product and existing customers. Also help with validating  opportunities for potentially adjacent offerings. 

- *NPS ( Net Promoter Score )* : Providing the Product Organisation with intelligence and forecasting through analysis of Net Promoter Scores given by Chargebee customers. Using tools like Airtable and Zapier to automate and streamline analysis along with Trendline function in Google Sheets for forecasting. 

- *Geographic Expansion* : Assessing Product Fit for new markets in order to expand geographical footprint for the business through Qualitative Market studies. Designing and Planning long term studies with Product Leaders and 3rd party vendors along with conducting interviews with high level leadership including VP's , Founders , Co-founders, Finance Executives and Strategy heads etc.

I worked in the capacity of a Payments Analyst responsible for end to end flow testing and on boarding new banks to GE's various business lines in the SWIFT network. My day to day tasks involved  reviewing Requirement Documents, creating Test Plans, conducting ad hoc, functional and flow testing. I was also heavily involved in collaborating with back-end  SWIFT representatives from banks across the globe , GE Partners and developers in order to understand their requirements and execute transaction flows.

Work closely with the Director of New Initiatives as a part of the Founder's Office. I help with concept-market validation through Primary and  Secondary Research. This involves talking to existing users and potential candidates. My primary responsibilities include Market Mapping, Qualitative Market Analysis,  brainstorming, stakeholder management, research operations, preparing recommendation proposals for leadership, conducting remote ethnographic interviews, documentation, literature reviews, competitor analysis, product feature analysis. My aim is to enrich and nourish decision making for leadership ,enabling alignment and consensus through deep collaboration.

As a member of the GSAC ( Gandhinagar Students Activity Committee ) , I was tasked with organising and conducting the annual Industry Interface for the Gandhinagar Campus. We were a team of 2 
Co-ordinators handling the event end to end from helping company representatives understand the process to managing volunteers and participants with operational needs.

As a part of Project Kintsugi, an initiative launched to help Chargebee go remote because of Covid, I was tasked with leading the evaluation, purchasing , evangelising and implementing a Saas based Intranet for the entire organisation. I had to lead a cross functional effort across Ops, Finance, Legal , IT and Compliance to successfully onboard all existing and new employees to the intranet. Our major goal was to reduce the entry barrier for collaboration having gone remote.

Worked as the Product Owner for Entitlements Management, a new initiative at the intersection of feature management and software monetization.

Key Results :  

- Increased adoption 3x in half the time for a new intiative by using  a multi-pronged approach.
    - Transitioned the new module from BETA to General availability with the help of engineering and design.
    - Email Campaign , Feature Videos and In app messaging to drive awareness about value proposition and future roadmap
    - Laid out API and webhook specifications targeted at reducing time to value OR aha moment by significantly reduce implementation effort.

Associate Product Manager

<p>I work under Zuora Revenue ( 60M$ ARR ) , a flagship  product which is part Zuora's larger suite. Revenue is a market leader serving revenue recognition needs of some of the top finance teams in Tech. I'm currently part of a cross functional OTR ( Order to Revenue ) Product team which aims to provide near real time and accurate data transfer from Billing Systems to Zuora Revenue.

Driving Adoption with in collab. with Sales

I am currently working as the interlock between Product and Sales to drive adoption for the new enhanced architecture which enables a near real time pipeline between Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue. This requires me to work closely with Sales Engineers, Revenue Advisors , account executives and Product Management. I understand the needs of customers closely and build + show a proof of concept in the product.</p>
