1. Implemented the auto restart functionality for the STB’s. This feature can be used by the customer support agents to restart the STB if the customer is facing some issues.
2. Worked on the enhancement of order dispatch functionality. Using this functionality, the technical support agents get dispatched for onsite troubleshooting of the customer related problem.
3. Worked on the enhancement of the DirectTV and various OTT content menu options available on the CAP portal for the customer support agents.
