Developed the first beta and then stable version of AdEspresso as a team of two engineers. As CTO I was involved in almost all technical aspects of the product development while the company grew from 2 to 20 developers, some of them are:
* organized code structure around PHP Symfony 2 framework best practices
* moved product infrastructure to AWS and scaled the application since our first devops hire in late 2016
* built deploy tools and processes
* promoted automated testing (unit, functional, end to end) and manual QA
* helped scale the dev team from 2 to 20 people, introducing SCRUM practices and acting as Product Owner for multiple teams

Developed classified ads for real estate for Ebay Italy and France. Maintained french version.

Developed brand website and community for Heinz's Italian baby food company Plasmon. As sole developer maintained original .NET version and then migrated the entire application to a Drupal based solution.

As parte of a team, developed an online poker community for Sisal, one of the main player of the italian gambling industry. Tech stack based on Symfony 1.x framework.

As part of a team, developed a classified ads website focused on vacation homes rentals for Seloger, one the main player in the online real estate industry in Europe.
