My role has three different dimensions which are interconnected.

1.Proactively listen to our employees & candidates through different platforms like Glassdoor and other internal channels to provide business & managers with a transparent view of our people are telling us about their experiences. 
2. Working with internal stakeholders & the people analytics team to build key insights to help Capgemini global teams to re-shape better experiences to attract, grow & retain the talent. 
3. Articulate the authentic story (EVP) of why someone should join or stay at Capgemini through internal & external talent branding while leveraging attraction tools like LinkedIn, careers pages, social media etc to analyse and hire top talent.

Program Manager – Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

OS2i has been taken over by Verve Communications PVT Ltd to form brand called "Verve OS2i". In addition to previous duties - I also have a complete responsibility of Research Division (Name Generation) and end to end (iRPO) division.

Manager - Client Services

Currently managing a client services team consisting over 4 managers and over 40 E-Recruitment specialists. This division is specialised in providing candidate resourcing and recruitment BPO solutions to EMEA companies. 

• Responsible for the offshore delivery teams to provide  satisfactory services as per client needs and expectations.
• Resourcing – active and passive
• Converting requirements into Resourcing strategy
• Constantly adding new tools in research tool-box
• Managing the process till interview scheduling
• Played a vital part in introducing "Onshore Success Management" formula into the service integration. Worked onshore (UK) for 4 months on client-sites.
• Designing the offshore processes
• Identifying further integration opportunities and advising clients  accordingly
• Formal and informal performance appraisals and reviews
• Working with managers to identify and develop the resource development plans for technical and soft-skills.

Worked as Web Promotions (Search Engine Marketing) Executive for over 1 year. I was responsible for bidding on paid search engines like Google (Adwords), Yahoo (Overture), Findwhat and Lycos. 

Played a key role in starting new campaigns like Froogle, Yahoo Shopping with profitable ROI returning. Extensively used search engines to effiecient results.
