HouseTrip.com is an online platform for holiday rentals, dedicated to providing a seamless experience for travelers and property owners. Launched in January 2010, it has offices in Lausanne, Switzerland; Lisbon, Portugal; and London, UK.

I managed all aspects of Customer Service and Operations, including Customer Service, Supply Management, Human Resources, Quality Control, Systems, Training & Quality, and Sales. My role involved helping teams achieve operational excellence, cultural alignment, and empowering them to deliver effortless and unique service in six languages to our global customers.

With the support of my direct reports and the Customer Service & Operations Teams, we achieved the following:
