At Orufy, I led end-to-end UX for products like Bookings, Connect, and Suite, handling everything from research and user flows to high-fidelity design and final handoff. I built a reusable design system that streamlined delivery and significantly reduced repetitive UI work. I focused on improving complex SaaS workflows—such as forms, tables, filters, and role-based permissions—to make them faster and easier for users. I also introduced quick usability reviews before release and created clear UX documentation that improved collaboration with development and QA teams.
