During my time over here, I delivered software/hardware support to more than 130 classrooms and 200+ offices across six remote centers. 

One of my aim was to formulate reports for software deployments and energy savings. I used PowerShell and WinRM to automate deployment tasks. I also provided asset planning and compliance for the South Campus and Partnership Centers. 

By collaborating with vendors, I administered software licensing, hardware maintenance, and equipment purchasing. I identified malware and vulnerabilities for Microsoft and third party products to ensure availability of latest updates via WSUS.

Lead Campus Technology Specialist

In this position, I fully architected and managed Lenovo Unified Workspace (WebNetworks) infrastructure for 6000+ employees and 60000 students. 

I perform full active directory management, including domain controllers, GPOs, DNS, sites and services, DHCP, users, groups, and OUs. 

Some of my key tasks are: supporting RDS (Remote Desktop Services) infrastructure, managing PMG (business automation tool), automating tickets via PowerShell, administering antivirus, and setting up on-call alerting via OpsGenie. 

I am responsible for server application management and mapping of 350 servers. I also render immaculate services for SQL cluster management and helpdesk support. 

I also built out SCCM infrastructure and management tools for business use, including collection management, application/operating system deployments, server provisioning, and implementation of automated reporting using WQL and WMI.

Client Computing Engineer

I deployed Intel’s vPro technology within college aimed at managing clients remotely with SCCM. Also, I administered documentation, inventory, and execution for ~3000 computers. 

For automating application installation, I implemented Flexera’s Admin Studio Suite and SCCM.

Selected Contributions:

•	Played a vital role in migrating 10000+ machines from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012.
•	Managed GPOs that affected the policies of all computers on campus.
•	Created SCCM 2012 infrastructure for client management.
•	Allowed third-party updates by integrating System Center Updates Publisher.
