I assumed the role of team leader of the UI/UX design and front-end engineers’ departments (5+ employees). My responsibility was to directly support the development of internal projects and activities for customers, such as RCS Group. 
In this context, I promoted the introduction of innovative methodologies and tools such as SVN, Ruby on Rails and TDD. I also conducted operations in varied stages of dissemination and training, with a particular focus on JavaScript.

Engineering Manager

I took on the role of Engineering Manager with direct responsibility in the projects’ analysis phase, data modeling, architectural design, and operations management.
I coordinated the team and personally participated in the architecture design, development, and management of the entire life cycles of the ContactLab platform, which quickly became the leading Italian e-mail marketing platform.

Contactlab is the leading Italian company in providing digital engagement solutions. I joined their team in November 2014 with the task of structuring and managing the Product Division department (currently 20 people). The three main functions were:
•	product management, with the primary responsibility for roadmap management and product backlog
•	R&D & Product Design, with the task of introducing quick prototyping processes and contribute to the development of contract-first solutions
•	product marketing, to assist the team in business strategies and launch phases management

Chief Product Officer

Chief Technology Officer for the new company of Young & Rubicam, a group operating in the digital market.
I handled the creation of full stack projects for the group’s main clients, such as: Lottomatica, the Ministry of Labour, Grana Padano Consortium.

Manager of the Rome Office (15 employees). IT lead of Customer Relationship Management projects for both Milan and Rome branch offices.
Main clients: Sony SCE, Alitalia, Ford, Caterpillar, Ericsson.

E-business services director

As head of the development team I worked to streamline the entire software production and management process. I identified areas of improvement and constantly stimulated innovation in the entire application stack. 
As a result, I tripled the average turnover per employee and significantly assisted to increase the average value of standard contracts.

• to lead the R&D team, with the task of stimulating innovation by creating new, data-driven products

* Defining the product roadmap and strategic vision.

The primary objectives of my roles are:
* Leading the Engineering Team → Ensuring code quality, maintaining KPIs (cost, performance, reliability), and enforcing coding, testing, and software lifecycle standards.
* Driving the Data Team → Advancing the data-centric transformation I initiated, shaping a scalable and insights-driven strategy.
* Ensuring Platform Resilience & Scalability → Ensuring platform resilience and scalability by overseeing cloud infrastructure and performance on Google Cloud Platform.
* Championing Agile Methodologies → Advocating for efficient, adaptive development practices to optimize delivery and collaboration.
