Logicwind is a digital Agency that specializes in custom design and development of web/mobile apps, tech team extension and consulting.

I joined Logicwind in its early days as their first non-tech person. While my major focus was on the coordination and management of projects and in-house products, I helped the founder with other non-tech work as well. We grew from 10-120+ within a span of 4-5 years. I led cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects on time.

At Logicwind, I have worked closely with founders from different industries to understand their vision/problem space and have helped them build MVP and managed product development.
 
Highlights:
- Worked with the founders/operators of digiQC - A construction quality management startup based in Surat.
- Worked with founders of a UK based Fintech startup - Loop Money to define MVP and manage the project for a brief time. The startup later on raised a round of funding and still being managed by our team.

GrowthX is a community for top 1% founders & growth leaders. I joined this cohort based 8 weeks program and learned(and applied) frameworks to products better.

ContactBook is a B2B SaaS for managing and sharing contacts to build better relationships. I am leading this product by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, nocode, UX/UI design, and marketing. I handle customer support myself.

Product Lead

Worked closely with Founders from idea to MVP and beyond. I have driven the product on the development front for first year. Chalked out wireframes and helped in deciding the MVP features for the target audience(end users + decision makers) from the overall scope/roadmap of the product for construction industry.
