1. Focused on the grassroots of the organization through on-site research for 3 weeks
2. Developed a new product line business idea and a social initiative for JK Paper to drive positive impact.
3. Proposed solutions to reduce paper waste, and increase worker efficiency, and worker motivation.

System Designer

1. Improved the browsing experience of AYA (an Indian dating app for the LGBTQIA+ community)
2. Conducted competitor analysis and identified issues with the current system.
3. Translated ideas into wireframes and designed for different scenarios and interactions.

UX Design Intern

1. Designed experiences across three verticals: Leap Scholar, Leap Finance, and Leap Advantage, driving key improvements in user acquisition, engagement, and operational efficiency.

2. Designed multiplied experiments to streamline user acquisition, resulting in a 35% increase in app downloads. 

3. Simplified the calling process for sales agents, resulting in a 14% increase in users connecting with a counsellor.
