over 500k sellers to efficiently create and manage listings on the Flipkart e-commerce platform.

Contributed to features like Quality Check Errors visibility, Image Editing Tracker, Multi-Package
shipment API integration, Variant Grouping, and design revamps. This resulted in business
benefits, reduced seller support escalations, and improved ease of doing listings.
Ensured fast resolution of on-call seller escalations for technical issues, maintaining a turnaround
time (TAT) of approximately 1 day.
Migrated and managed Kubernetes (k8s) clusters for more than 10 UI apps to Debian
11 (bullseye) as part of a company-wide cluster migration effort.
Improved API response time from 39 seconds to ~1 second by developing new REST APIs in Java. Reduced the number of API calls from 20+ to 1, optimizing efficiency and performance.
