After my stay in Bournemouth, I became an EF Ambassador, taking part in activities to promote the company such as study fairs, presentations, and contacting interested students.

Helped manage the French-speaking Belgian ambassadors program, overseeing the Facebook Group and Instagram page to update them on monthly activities and initiatives. Additionally, I supported the Marketing Coordinator to ensure that all ambassadors were actively engaged in promoting the brand effectively.

Worked as a student at EF Brussels focusing on customer satisfaction. I provided support to clients during their stay abroad, handled customer complaints, and found solutions by contacting schools. Additionally, I assisted customers with pre-departure tasks, such as the visa process.

<p>At Atelier Milky, a digital communication agency, I am managing the development of the company's own website and playing a key role in creating websites for their clients, working closely with the design team. I also assist in managing business software and help with the installation of IT equipment and internet services at the office.</p>
