I worked on Wema Wiki - an AI chatbot integrated into Microsoft Teams that assists all staff of Wema Bank with various inquiries about the Bank's products and processes - parsing the data from departments of the bank to be fed into the model to the format that can be used for the model

I developed scripts using advanced SQL queries to fulfil data requests from various departments within the bank, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

I contributed to establishing a product recommendation model with OpenAI to suggest other bank products to

customers based on their profiles

I researched methods to scrape PlayStore comments on the bank's apps that align with data governance and

management policies

I analyzed and recommended ways for the bank to improve its data quality.
