- Pioneered new internal products including several pieces of tooling to streamline delivery of Figma designs and tokens to developers, and improve designers' experience with maintaining design tokens.
- Mentored and taught several engineers framework proficiencies and best practices for client projects, and lead client engagements through multiple SOWs and helped renew several clients for additional work.
