Most of us take advantage of ATMs for withdrawing money or as a practical interface for our personal banking operations. What if ATMs were smarter, in order to serve more to the users and save their time on advanced operations, keeping the regular ATM functionality. Smart ATM has the potential of being a new banking technology created as an alternative to the traditional ATMs. With these innovative interfaces, a user can not only work on their individual banking transactions, but they can also delve into a ton of different actions as part of your banking process, such as interacting with a customer representative via video chat or making transactions with agent services with a tap of your finger. Apart from this convenience coming with its simple interface, one big advantage of Smart ATMs may be that having a much bigger space on their screen, so that they can provide more functionalities and an easier user experience. As SHERPA, we set off the road with that aim in mind: Designing new screen interface concepts for a new and an easier experience for more advanced banking operations. In accordance with that easy and innovative approach, keeping irregular personas in mind, we created a brand new banking experience by reconsidering the interface by means of button sizes, fonts and color schemes, including alternatives for different occasions of lighter and darker physical environments.

We've created an innovative experience for Russian women within the context of fashion, culinary arts and decoration tips. The project serves an responsive experience optimized separately for desktops, smartphones and tablets. We were also involved in creating the brand identity as well as developing mock-ups for desktop and mobile platforms.

The new website allows it's users to have better control over the content.
With a growing mobile audience, we had the goal of creating a website which would be adaptive to mostly used viewports and easy to navigate, encouraging the user to dive deeper into the content.

Within the scope of the digital transformation strategy of Sompo Sigorta, one of the innovative brands in the insurance sector, we launched Sompo Mobilo, which will make life easier for its customers. Sompo Mobilo application, which has quite different features compared to its competitors in the sector in terms of speed and ease of use, enables the insured to reach many features with a single touch with its different features. With Sompo Mobilo, users have the opportunity to track all insurance products they buy from a single screen, while they can instantly access and purchase insurance offers. With the Sompo Mobilo application, it is aimed to increase the customer experience to the highest level and increase the frequency of use of the application with the opportunities to be offered to the customers on special days.

We renewed the corporate website of Aksigorta, one of the leading companies in the insurance sector, from end to end.The first point we focused on was the customer experience. Providing quick solutions to customer needs and providing convenience to the user in the transactions carried out by the customer was one of the main focuses of our work. With its simple, understandable and easy design, Aksigorta's corporate website now offers its customers a richer and higher quality digital insurance experience. We designed a web site experience that will provide customer loyalty on desktop and mobile devices with a new design approach that provides price offers, collects applications and enables the customer to easily find what they are looking for with the help module.We implemented Single Page Application architecture to improve page performance. With Progressive Web App standards, we enabled the website to be used as a mobile application.

Aksigorta

We renewed the corporate website of Sodexo Advantage, one of the leading companies in the service sector, from end to end.

We designed three different information channels and trading platforms for member merchants, employers and employees in the new website, which we launched with a mobile-oriented experience and design approach. We have simplified the experience of being a customer with the new application process we have designed.

We designed a brand new experience with the new online trading platform that will facilitate the daily operations of member merchants and enable them to receive faster and more efficient services, and the consumer trading platform where employees can monitor their daily and monthly expenses and receive member merchant recommendations based on their consumption habits.
