• Facilitated feedback sessions with users and SME’s with the purpose of gaining user insights to increase efficiency and accuracy for the accounting reconciliation process

• Led design initiatives for several pod teams with the purpose of improving experiences for accountants and their teams

Offering a tailored mentorship experience based on supporting, advising, guiding and teaching students through Springboards comprehensive 9 month UX/UI curriculum. My mentor role affords me the ability to share my experience, enabling students to understand how there coursework maps to real-world scenarios common to the UX industry. 

Facilitating peer driven group sessions where students can ask questions and dialogue on all things UX/UI. As facilitator I am able to moderate and direct the conversation towards solutions and answers relevant to coursework and general UX/UI topics.
