During my time at Grasshopper, I worked alongside a strong team to design and launch a product that helps business owners build stronger relationships with their customers. We started with a service through which anyone could buy a phone number, and through countless hours of research, design, and prototyping, we moved towards creating a product that helps business build trust in new and creative ways.

Lead Product Designer

At Stripe, I worked as a designer on Connect, the platform that powers multi-sided marketplaces like Uber, Doordash, Instacart, and more. 

I led the design of a new tax filing solution for enterprise companies. The product supported companies filing hundreds to thousands (and more) 1099s and W2s on behalf of employees and contractors. I conducted usability research, product design support, and cross-team alignment to deliver a suite of new features by the 2022 tax filing season. 

I also led the design of a new product offering that enables companies to embed payment white-labeled experiences in their own products. This embeddable experience needed to translate our complex payments, disputes, and payouts functionality into a simple, contained, composable system. I led the design strategy, conducted research, drove cross-team alignment to unblock similar efforts, and supported engineering through the delivery of this feature.
