This was my attempt to try my hand in a big foreign company. By the time I was leaving I knew that account management position is not for me at all, but it certainly was a great experience and helped to improve my negotiation skills.

- Managed supplies and forecasted sales of smartphones and accessories for federal retail channel.
- Controlled marketing incentives and projects to increase smartphone sales.
- Optimized digital tools for reporting and forecasting smartphone sales.
- Prepared presentations and demonstrated new products to the client.

Key Account Manager

I joined Russia’s second biggest online-marketplace Ozon to lead the team of two product designers at Ozon Advertising Platform. It is a web application for sellers to promote their goods inside and outside the marketplace. My main focus alongside designing new features was to define main issues, redesign components and update quite outdated interface step-by-step without radical redesign.

- Interviewed users to find out more about UX-issues, prioritized fixes and updates based on conversion rate in main user flows.
- Fully redesigned navigation and page layouts to make them adaptive and scalable for future tools and features.
- Updated design library with new components, redesigned old ones. Worked closely with frontend development team and helped manage the development of new components.
- Introduced UI-quality control to minimize visual bugs in production — designers now join QA process to approve UI they designed before the roll-out.

Product Design Team Leader

My first full-time job that I started not long before graduating from university. It was a combination of sales and product management roles in Russia’s biggest outsource mobile app development studio. Here I also got the first glimpse of design management by leading pre-sale design projects.

- Processed new leads, evaluated projects, analyzed market trends and potential client’s needs, prepared business proposals, negotiated deals.
- Elaborated pre-sale mobile applications concepts, managed the creation of design prototypes, made pre-sale presentations.
- Implemented digital tools to optimize project evaluation, deals and KPIs monitoring.

At Gazprombank I was responsible for all presentations of IT department. Mainly public keynotes and internal reports. It included widest range of tasks.

- Turned UI concepts into animated prototypes in Figma and After Effects.
- Produced videos for launches and app onboardings.
- Made a universal presentation template with a compact design-system inside.
- Designed slides and infographics for reports.
- Helped speakers to convert their ideas into slides and rehearse.
