As the primary engineer, I'm involved in all aspects of delivery: front-end, back-end, planning and deployment.
This is my first foray into microservices and data science via a range of python libraries. An amazing opportunity to work outside pure coding and really understand the implications of proper database planning.

Mindset Health required assistance in developing a Growth team and reviewing their A/B practices. 

- Review current experimentation tools and provide alternatives. This meant reviewing custom off the shelf SaaS products and finding an option that suited the team and their future goals.
- Evolving existing experiment tooling to run experiments faster and gain accurate insights.

Contract Software Engineer

Full stack, cross functional engineer working with multiple squads from Auth to Growth and Data.
- Assigned to the Auth squad to assist in the rollout of Auth0 and MFA.
- Building a new public facing directory for the purpose of SEO and discoverability. This greatly resulted in an uptick on our page rankings
- Building micro services from concept to planning and execution.
- Conceptualising and enabling a new cross squad tool: Statsig for org level experimentation and feature gating. This includes dealing with the vendor and running internal workshops to uplift teams in understanding the tool.
- Contributing to tech talks and internal initiatives surrounding burnout, neurodiversity and mental health.

Icehouse Ventures contracted me for a few months to complete the work being done on an internal share register. This was a largely technical assignment, focusing on
- Writing a feature to import a large collection of fragmented files into a central document store
- Build data visualization front-end components
- Provide Proof of concept options for handling data ETL and analysis

Contracted to work as a full-stack developer for 8 Wire's growing portfolio of Magento and Shopify clients. This meant assisting with the development of new Magento 2 sites and maintaining existing legacy Magento sites.
