University has students residing in the hostel (i.e. hostelers). Hostel maintains students' records for security reasons. Hostelers need an out-pass for traveling outside the university which has to be approved by the hostel admin. For out-pass hostelers have to mention their purpose, in and out date-time. If a hosteler is facing any issue regarding hostel facilities provided, they can raise an issue and their query will be addressed. The admin addresses the hosteler's queries and can send notices to students in certain situations. Also, Admin can check the number of students currently outside the campus.
